How to Play Winbox 4D
4D is a simple numbers game: you choose a four-digit number from 0000 to 9999, and if it's drawn you win. Winbox lets you place 4D bets on the Malaysian and Singapore draws from your phone. How a 4D draw works
Each operator draws 23 four-digit numbers:

Magnum, Da Ma Cai, Sports Toto, Singapore 4D, Sabah 88, STC and Special CashSweep each run their own draw, so the same number can win on one operator and lose on another. That's why you always choose an operator when you bet.
Big or Small?
Big gives you 23 chances to win, with smaller prizes per tier. Small only counts the top three numbers, so wins are rarer but pay more. Many players split their stake between the two. Prize amounts vary by operator and are shown in Winbox when you bet. See the prize table for how the tiers compare.
Straight, Box and iBox
- Straight: your number must come out in exactly that order. 1234 only wins on 1234.
- Box: covers every order of your digits. 1234 has 24 orders, so a Box costs 24 times the stake and pays the full prize on whichever order is drawn.
- iBox: also covers every order, but for the price of one bet. The stake is split across the orders, so the prize is divided the same way.
Numbers with repeated digits have fewer orders. 1123 has 12, 1122 has 6, 1112 has 4, and 1111 has just one.
How to place a 4D bet on Winbox
- Log in, or register. Open Winbox and sign in. New players follow the sign-up prompts on screen, and enter an OTP if asked.
- Top up your wallet. Use one of the deposit methods shown in your account.
- Open the 4D section. Choose the operator or operators and the draw date.
- Enter your number and bet type. Type your four digits, pick Big and/or Small and Straight, Box or iBox, then set your stake.
- Check and confirm. Check the operator, date and number, then confirm before the cut-off. Your bet appears in your bet history.
After the draw
Results usually come out from about 7pm Malaysia time on draw days (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday). Check your number with the Did I Win? box on the homepage, then confirm in your Winbox bet history. Winnings on Winbox bets are settled in your account.
Troubleshooting
- Bet rejected: the draw may have closed. Pick the next draw date.
- Number not accepted: it must be exactly four digits. Keep any leading zero, as in 0527.
- Can't log in: only use a link you trust, check your phone number and password, and use Winbox's own reset option. Never share your OTP.

FAQ
What is the difference between Big and Small?
A Big bet wins on any of the 23 numbers drawn (1st, 2nd, 3rd, Special and Consolation). A Small bet only wins on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, but pays more when it hits.
What is a Box bet?
A Box bet covers every order of your four digits. 1234 in a Box covers 24 permutations such as 4321 and 2143. You pay for each permutation, and a win pays the straight prize for the one that matched.
What is an iBox bet?
iBox also covers every permutation, but your stake is split across them. It costs the same as one straight bet, and the prize is divided by the number of permutations.
What is the cut-off time for 4D bets on Winbox?
Bets close before each draw. The exact cut-off is shown in the Winbox 4D section when you place your bet, so check it there.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. 4D and all gambling on Winbox are for adults 18 and over only.
